"Restoring native vegetation to create a diverse weed free environment" Baranduda Landcare group is a sub-group of the Kiewa Catchment Landcare Group, and covers the area around the township of Baranduda, south of Wodonga.
The tuan is our logo - new members receive a metal plaque about 40cm by 30cm to display at their residence
A small but active group of Landcarers have been carrying out works and projects for about 11 years. We focus on revegetation, weed control, roadside habitat care, nestbox program and endangered flora and fauna. Our annual tree planting day is the Planet Ark held in late July - click on the image below to view a photo album of our Planet Ark day activities.
