Friday Oct 31st -Spotlighting Greater gliders (our largest glider species) Brush tail Possums & more in the tall Peppermint Forests on Baranduda range at the top of Ewarts Rd (turn off from Wodonga Beechworth Rd – then approx. 4kms up to plateau)
Meet at the Baranduda Community Centre Car Park by 19.30 or at the top of Ewarts road by 1750 (note this road is suitable for 2 wheel drive vehicles)
BYO: Mug (for tea or coffee), warm clothes and sturdy footwear, Binoculars, Head lamp, torch or spotlight and your Kids.
We’ll start the evening with a cuppa around an imaginary fire, & have a quick show and tell on spotlighting and the type of animals likely to be seen.
